We hope you have all managed to get plenty of rest, including from the screens. The Secretary of State for Education, Gavin Williamson, is due to give an announcement today on our students returning to school. At present, we know that this will not occur before Monday 8th March, and how this will actually look is yet to be revealed. We look forward to our students returning to Cockshut Hill School with the same high expectations as before. Your son/daughter must have a uniform which continues to meet the high standards which we uphold, correct blazer, tie, trousers or skirt and footwear. Students will also need to have a schoolbag and a full set of stationery in preparation for returning to school-based learning. Setting high expectations for uniform and organisation are important to supporting our students to have such discipline when they enter the wider world of work, where such expectations need to be met. Please make use of the coming weeks to ensure that your child is ready to return to us and SOAR. Best wishes, Jason Bridges #NothingButTheBest CLICK TO VIEW OUR GUIDE

PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGEDear Parents and Carers,

Welcome back to a new half-term.

Best wishes, Jason Bridges #NothingButTheBest
