Our Journey of
Salvation with our Lord
Jesus Christ
25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may
die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe
this?” (John 11:25-26)
5 “Tell the daughter of Zion,
‘Behold, your King is coming to you, Lowly, and sitting on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.’”
9 “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the
LORD!’ Hosanna in the highest!”
(Matt 21:5&9)
Have Faith
Have Jesus as Your King
Bear Fruits
12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He
found nothing but leaves. (Mark 11:12-13)
Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and
sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the
seats of those who sold doves. 16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. 17 Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My
house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’?
(Mark 11:15-17) 51 Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never
see death.” (John 8:51)
Be Ready
36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy
to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man.”
37 And in the daytime He was teaching in the temple, but at night He went out and stayed on the mountain called Olivet.
(Luke 21:36-37)
“I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
(John 8:12)
Be Faithful
3 Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered
among the twelve. 4 So he went his way and conferred with the chief
priests and captains, how he might betray Him to them.
(Luke 22:3-4)
“Why do you trouble the
woman? For she has
done a good work for
Me.” 13 “Assuredly, I say
to you, wherever this
gospel is preached in the
whole world, what this
woman has done will
also be told as a
memorial to her.”
(Matt 26:10&13)
31 Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will
be cast out. 32 And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw
all peoples to Myself.”
(John 12:31-32)
13 You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.14 If I
then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought
to wash one another’s feet.
(John 13:13-14)
26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and
gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” 27 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them,
saying, “Drink from it, all of you.28 For this is My blood of the
new[c] covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
(Matt 26:26-28)
Abide in Christ
“Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may
glorify You, 2 as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He
should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 And this is
eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus
Christ whom You have sent.” (John 17:1-3)
And He began to be sorrowful
and deeply distressed. 38 Then He
said to them, “My soul is
exceedingly sorrowful, even to
death. Stay here and watch with
Me.” 39 He went a little farther
and fell on His face, and prayed,
saying, “O My Father, if it is
possible, let this cup pass from
Me; nevertheless, not as I will,
but as You will.” (Matt 26:37-39)
47 And while He was still
speaking, behold, Judas, one of
the twelve, with a great
multitude with swords and
clubs, came from the chief
priests and elders of the
people. 48 Now His betrayer had
given them a sign, saying,
Sin No More
“Whomever I kiss, He is the One; seize Him.”49 Immediately he went
up to Jesus and said, “Greetings, Rabbi!” and kissed Him. 50 But Jesus
said to him, “Friend, why have you come?” (Matt 26:47-50)
And the high priest answered and said to Him, “I put You under oath
by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God!” 64 Jesus
said to him, “It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you
will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and
coming on the clouds of heaven.” 65 Then the high priest tore his clothes, saying, “He has spoken
blasphemy! What further need do we have of witnesses? Look, now
you have heard His blasphemy! 66 What do you think?” They answered
and said, “He is deserving of death.” (Matt 26:63-66)
15 Immediately, in the morning, the chief priests held a consultation
with the elders and scribes and the whole council; and they bound
Jesus, led Him away, and delivered Him to Pilate. 2 Then Pilate asked
Him, “Are You the King
of the Jews?” He
answered and said to
him, “It is as you say.”
(Mark 15:1-2)
37 Pilate therefore said
to Him, “Are You a king
then?” Jesus
answered, “You
say rightly that I am a
king. For this cause I
was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should
bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My
voice.” 38 Pilate said to Him, “What is truth?” And when he had said
this, he went out again to the Jews, and said to them, “I find no fault
in Him at all. (John 18:37-38)
19 So then Pilate took Jesus and scourged Him. 2 And the soldiers
twisted a crown of thorns and putit on His head, and they put on Him
a purple robe. 3 Then they said, “Hail, King of the Jews!” And they
struck Him with their hands. (John 19:1-3)
This is He who offered Himself on the
cross, an acceptable sacrifice for the
salvation of our race. His good Father
smelled His sweet aroma in the evening on
Golgotha. We worship You, O Christ with
Your Good Father and the Holy Spirit for
You were crucified and saved us.
(Fi Eh Taf Enf)
45 Then the sun was darkened, and the veil
of the temple was torn in two. 46 And
when Jesus had cried out with a loud
voice, He said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.’” Having
said this, He breathed His last. (Luke 23:45-46)
32 Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the
other who was crucified with Him. 33 But when they came to Jesus and
saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs. 34 But one
of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood
and water came out. (John 19: 32-34)
39 So when the centurion, who stood opposite Him, saw that He cried
out like this and breathed His last, he said, “Truly this Man was the
Son of God!” (Mark 15:39)
6You have laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the depths.
4Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil; For You are with me. (Psalm 88:6 & 23:4)
38 After this, Joseph of Arimathea, being a disciple of Jesus, but
secretly, for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the
body of Jesus; and Pilate gave him permission. So he came and took
the body of Jesus. 39 And Nicodemus, who at first came to Jesus by
night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a
hundred pounds. 40 Then they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in
strips of linen with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury.
(John 19:38-40)
O Sing unto Him who was crucified, buried and arose, who trampled
and abolished death. Praise Him and exalt Him above all (From the
Psali Vatos for the 3 Young Men)
For You will not leave my soul in Sheol (Psalm 15:10)
26 For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to
have life in Himself, 27 and has given Him authority to execute
judgment also, because He is the Son of Man. (John 5:26-27)
