Fatima is the most prominent approved apparition of the 20th century.
It became famous the world over, particular for its three-part message or "secret."
PARISH LIBRARY OPEN
FOLLOWING WEEKEND LITURGIES
Former parish offices have been
converted into a new parish library.
To find it walk through the double doors in the
southeast corner of the parish center (behind
the fireplace).
The mission of the parish library will be to
help our parishioners grow in faith. Therefore,
we would like to update and grow the
collection of books and DVDs to focus more
on Catholic teaching, spirituality, Scripture,
devotions, and other Catholic topics. To do
this we have set up a “wish list” on
Amazon.com. If you’d like to purchase books
for the new library, please visit our parish
website (www.olfatima.org) and under the
“Donate” tab you will find a link to “Amazon
Wish List”. The books will be automatically
delivered to Our Lady of Fatima. Check it
frequently as we will add new titles often.
Stop by following mass to check out a book.
The new parish library replaces the one
previously located in the school student
library. Please remember to return any books
you may have already checked out from the
earlier library collection.

SCHOOL MINISTRY NEWS
The school has paused for the
President's Day weekend. An
opportunity to pause and refresh as we
gear up for our third trimester, which is
just around the corner. Our 8th grade students have
learned this weekend of their acceptance into our
local Catholic high schools, which is another
milestone in their final year with us.
OLF alumna, Ginger Markow, is a National Merit
Scholarship Finalist - an award bestowed upon fewer
than 1% of graduating seniors. After Fatima, Ginger
attended Bishop Blanchet where she has excelled not
only in the classroom but also as a pole vaulter and
as a young woman committed to doing service in her
community. We are proud of her accomplishments!

STEWARDSHIP OF TREASURE
Thank you for all your gifts!
Please remember your parish in your will
In today’s first reading, the Israelites are urged to
love their neighbors as themselves. In the Gospel,
Jesus spells out how we are to do that– to give
generously to those who ask of us and not to turn
our backs on those who seek to borrow.
Using this QR code with your smart
phone will direct you to our parish
