Items of concern as you plan to return to Mass:

1. Take your temperature before coming to Mass. If you have a temp of 100

degrees Fahrenheit (37.8C) or over, you must remain home.

2. Do you have any other symptoms of Covid-19 like a dry cough or difficulty

breathing you must stay home.

3. If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid 19 in the past two

weeks, you must stay home. Please bring a mask to wear during Mass. This

must be worn coming into and going out of church and at communion.

4. Please use the washroom before coming to church. We will use the family

washroom for emergencies.

5. Communion—Offer your right hand for Communion.

6. Follow all the instructions of ushers coming in, at communion time and

when exiting.

7. If you would like to volunteer to help with the cleaning of pews after a

weekend mass call the office.

You can register as a “bubble family” i.e. your extended family… people you

have chosen and agree to be close to without distancing.

The Other Sacraments

BAPTISMS:

Deacon Mike and I will be calling the

families who have requested baptisms.

We must do them ONE at a time. Times

and schedules will be set up and phone

calls made.

CONFIRMATION:

2019-2020 Families: please check your

emails as initial emails were sent out. If

you did not receive an email, please

email: [email protected] with the

candidate’s name in the subject line.

Once emails are confirmed we will send

out the next step. You will be allowed 4

people total at the ceremony.

CONFESSIONS:

A new and permanent change for the

time of confessions: every Saturday

from 3-4 PM… a much more private

time.

MARRIAGES:

Marriages are now being celebrated with

as many guests as is possible with the

social distancing in place. No pictures

please on our grounds.

FUNERALS:

Funerals are being celebrated in our

churches. The Funeral Homes are given

the maps of our seating plan. They

arrange the seating themselves and usher

folks in and out. We have already had

two that worked well with this

arrangement.

**REMINDER: Windsor is in Phase 3. The parish office is open 9-12. If

there is another parishioner in the office, please social distance 6 feet until they are finished. You may still call, email the church or use the locked mail-box for your mass intentions, your offerings and payments. The added piece for us is that the offices and meeting rooms will now be opened to the public. You will notice the Plexiglas shields on the reception counter to protect staff and guests. Masks must still be worn and hand sani-tizer should be used. We will also need everyone visiting the office or any of the meeting rooms to sign the guest book. This is to be able to track any possible outbreak that may happen. Congratulations to everyone in Windsor and especially in the parish for our attention to these items. The virus is still among us and we need to be vigilant.

AUGUST WEEKEND MASS NOTES

There are still a few seats available for masses in August.

Please call or email the office by Tuesday.

No-Shows - If you are registered and you are not able to attend a particular

mass or your numbers in your group change, please call or email the office as

early in the week as possible so that we may give your seat to another family.

Sacraments have started up and we are giving the immediate family their own

pew at our masses so on occasion we may have to ask a few families to attend

on the following week if we are full.

If you find that when mass has started and there is more than 3 spaces in be-

tween you and the other group in your pew, you may move down but be sure

there is 3 spaces in between.

Father Rob Renaud Congratulations to Father Rob Renaud who was ordained this

weekend in St Peter’s Basilica, London. Father Rob’s appointment is still under em-

bargo at the time of this bulletin. He will be here next weekend (August 22nd and

23rd) to celebrate and preach at all the masses. He will be available to us after each

Mass to offer our own congratulations and to receive his first priestly blessing. We

will do this outside at the East Entrance

MASKS - Masks must be warn all through Mass Mayor Drew Dilkens issued an

executive order this week which states that masks must be worn inside all public

places including churches. His order supersedes the exemption that was in place

from Dr. Ahmed’s office exempting churches from the face mask order. We have

already started implementing the order on Thursday of the past week.
