32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time Our first reading from Maccabees recalls the bravery of seven brothers and their mother who preferred death to denying their hope in the God of Israel. Saint Paul reminds the Thessalonians of God’s fidelity and encourages them to find hope and strength in the Lord. In the Gospel, the Sadducees attempt to put Jesus on the spot on the topic of resurrection.

Veterans Day Celebration

New Generation Seniors will host a salute to our Veterans on November 11, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel elementary school. We invite all veterans young and old to come and enjoy our program and stay and have brunch with us. We will meet in front of the grade school at 9:00 AM.
