Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the

Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my

heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.Amen.

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest

all my sins because of your just punishments, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all

good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of Your

grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.

• Face masks, hand sanitizing, and social distancing protocols remain in place.

• Please self-screen for flu-like symptoms before choosing to attend Mass in person.

• The Sunday obligation to attend Mass remains suspended indefinitely.
