Principal’s Updates
The IOWA Assessments continue this week. We look for the children to come to school well rested and having had a good breakfast! Our Kindergarten students are heading off to the Pumpkin Farm this week for a fun filled and Spooktacular day! Then, our 5th Graders are going to adorn our main hallway with decorated pumpkins that depict a favorite character from a book they have read. All are welcome to stop by to see their fun and creative creations. Next weekend, we will be having our annual Adopt-a- Student appeal. This program was set up many years ago with the sole intention of helping families in our school who are faced with an unexpected crisis and are experiencing financial difficulties. We are so appreciative of the ongoing support of our parishioners as your generosity has certainly helped many families in need over the years. Did you know that we have been nominated as the Best Catholic School on Long Island but we NEED your vote! You can cast a vote every day for our school at BESTOFLONGISLAND.COM. Also, please spread the word that we will be holding an Early Childhood Open House next Sunday, October 27th from 10AM - 12noon. This is an opportunity to show off the wonderful programs we have in place for any interested and prospective parents. Lastly, but certainly not least – we extend our prayers and good luck to our 8th graders who will be taking the Catholic High School Entrance Exam next Saturday, October 26th.

(RCIA) – is it for you or someone you know?
Do you know someone interested in becoming a Christian, inquiring about the Catholic faith or just thinking about developing a relationship with Jesus. Well the RCIA might be the answer.
