As the spiritual home for Catholics in the West End, we are a family of the One, Holy, Catholic,
and Apostolic Church. We are a Sunday people, remade in Baptism, nurtured by the Eucharist,

Light Weigh One King is coming to Our Lady Queen
of Peace.
Would you like to break free from the vicious cycle of dieting or overcome another temptation in your life? Light Weigh One King is a 12 week Bible Study-DVD program that seeks to help people find freedom in Christ. New research shows church based meetings in-creased people’s success rate. There are no weigh ins. A One King Orientation will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 6pm in Rooms 114 A & B next to the Chapel. Hope to see you there!

ATLANTIC CITY BUS TRIPS The first K of C bus trip to Atlantic City is full and
will depart from OLQP on Wednesday, May 22nd, at 8:30 a.m and will be going to the Taj Mahal Casino. All 55 seats have been sold. We were too late to book a charter for a second bus on that same date.
There will be a second trip to Atlantic City on Wednesday, June 19th
to the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City. Seats are still available on that bus. The cost is $30 and a $25 slots re-bate will be awarded upon arrival at the casino. All those who were on the first bus standby list are first on the re-served seats list to be on the June 19th bus and have been contacted by Tom Whitehead. First paid, first seated. If you are interested in attending the June 19th trip please do not wait to make your reservations. Only 20 seats remain on that bus trip.
