• Clear off counters, table tops, bureaus, etc. of excess items

• Streamline the number of pictures hanging on the wall. It will make the house feel more open.

photos, awards, diplomas, etc. This makes it easier for a buyer to visualize themselves in the home.

We will help you determine the list price of your home by providing you with a thorough market analysis. Tom has a Masters Degree in Statistics and enjoys studying the market and providing information to our clients. Some of the factors that influence the list price of your home are:

seasonal demand, state of the economy and recent property sales• Competition – Inventory and pricing of homes actively on market, and

pricing for comparable properties that have recently sold
