In Legacies, we begin with a personalized assessment conducted by our Resident Care Supervisor to determine the individualized care plan. We recognize that everyone is different and customize each plan to our residents’ individual needs. Our team members are specially trained to enrich the lives of our Legacies’ residents and family members. Lifetime Pricing (Limited Availability) gives you and your family the peace of mind of knowing exactly what the cost of care for your loved one will be throughout their residency. With Lifetime Pricing you are able to lock-in an assigned care and room rate. The assigned rate is guaranteed to remain in effect, throughout your loved one’s entire stay.

respIte cAre (short terM stAy)There are times in our lives when we need a little extra help. Pacifica’s Respite Care Program is available to allow families an opportunity to rest from the daily tasks required for a loved one. Our trained team members’ work together to enhance continued dignity and trust. We know the difference a smile and kind word can make.
