-Our delivery service mechanics is subjected for a stipulated period till further notice.

-In the event that you are our valuable members, nuts count will be ful�lled back to your membership account by the con�rmed mobile number within a month of the purchase.

-All products purchase are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

-In the event that we are unable to make delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order, no payment will not be refunded.

-Our delivery service is subjected to the availability of our resources, and we reserve the rights to cancel or reject any order that the client may place with us. (Payment will be refunded)

-Unforeseen circumstances like act-of-God or tra�c/parking restrictions may result in delays. All delivery times stated, agreed or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only, and we will not be bound by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to the client from late deliveries.

-The client agreed to inspect the food products at the point of delivery to ensure that the delivered food products correspond with the order.

-We advise that all orders are to be consumed with 2 hours upon collection/delivery. Consumption time MAY be extended for the maximum of 2 days upon storing at refrigerator temperature at or below 40° F(4° C). To the fullest extent permitted under law, we disclaim all liability and will not be responsible for any losses or consequences arising from the consumption of food orders 2 hours after delivery or collection time.

-We accept no liabilities for the client’s purchase of our products from any other third parties apart from us. We will not be a party to any dispute or disagreement that may arise between the client and any third party in relation to the sale and purchase of our products.

-While every care has been taken in providing this information, Mr. Coconut or its agencies cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy.
