What we will talk about 

We will talk about three sites that can be useful for you guys, we will also say the bad things about these sites. Make sure that you listen and jot down these notes because you might forget it. So sit back and enjoy this good presentation that we made just for you guys.

Why bother about this?Why are we, cool kids, always untrusted to use the computers for research, it is just so unfair. Everyone would say that they teachers believe we will use the internet inappropiately.  Yes thats all we think, but it's not just that, of course not. 

Ways to Define Real websites information from False • Always check the source of the information•  Make sure it is not a blog or a disscusion board and

even an essay as there would be opinions that should not be taken as facts

• If it is editable then be extremely cautionous with the information you go with as it

• One huge tip is to go to regularly used websites known for good information or is guaranteed to contain only facts (eg. Natgeo.com, nasa.com) 

  

Many people think of google as a website to find good information, however, it is in fact just a search engine that provides you with absolutely no information! Just the sources and websites containing the information.

Blackle is a custom search of google. This might be a better website then google and it is more colourfull. It is not like google, it is a list of information, it dosen't have Images for you to see. Blackle works similar to google, so don't trust them too much.

Wikipedia  

 Wikipedia is the information powerhouse. It is the main destination for researches or presentations like this one. Without a doubt it is used by many, though on the other hand, it is also know to contain quantities of false information as it is able to be edited by anybody across the globe as many people know.
