Rubberatkins consistently push the application boundaries and challenge the status-quo as we develop unique and novel materials to provide sealing solutions in environments that were previously

To date Rubberatkins has developed over 1,600 formulations to satisfy different physical and environmental applications. In addition to the standard NBR, HNBR, FKM materials our experience and
material knowledge has resulted in the development of a range of Rubberatkins branded high performance elastomers.

Rubberatkins has introduced a range of thermoplastics to complement our high performance sealing products. Our thermoplastic materials enhance the anti-extrusion properties of our elastomeric seals in
extreme high pressure and high temperature applications.
Rubberatkins currently has 4 primary thermoplastic compounds: PEKK, PEEK™ , PEKEKK, and Hytrel®. These virgin compounds can be enhanced further through the addition of reinforcement fillers to help strengthen
the material physical properties and enhance performance and longevity in demanding environments. Rubberatkins can utilise carbon, glass, moly and metal options fillers to enhance the
structure of the compound.
