To have this project planned and managed as a “one stop” approach is a huge advantage to our library and is just what we needed to get our project off the ground. With guidance from ODW we are confident that we will be able to maintain the digitization of our local newspapers going forward. The historians and genealogists who have discovered the information are very pleased with the results. I hope we will build on the success of the project to expand digitization to other local history resources.
