What is a Resource Calendar?

• A Way to Schedule the Use of a Resource (e.g., projector, conference room)– Each Resource is Linked to Its Own Resource

Exchange Account– Each Resource Exchange Account Has an Owner

(called a “Delegate”)

How to Request a Resource Exchange Account

• E-mail [email protected] with the Following Information:– Delegate/Owner’s name– The resource’s display name

[CampusDepartmentCode] [ResourceType]: [ResourceName] [- RoomLocation]

– Login NameThis can be the same as display name
