Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT)

The purpose of this document is to help facilitate and guide new outreach initiatives and training actives for CERTs. All activities in this document are flexible and scalable and can be implemented in any community. This document is only meant to be a guide and not a rule book. Activities many have to be changes due to your community’s rules and regulations on outreach and CERT training; be sure to check with the correct authority beforehand.
