Policy• The University of Zurich requires their
researchers to deposit a copy of all their published and refereed articles in the Institutional Repository of the University, if there are no legal objections.
• The University encourages and supports their authors to publish their research articles in open access journals where a suitable journal exists and provides the support to enable that to happen.

Feedback Thank you very much for your invitation to write a review article for
your journal.
However, I must tell you that I endorse the policy of my University, which is to give preference to Open Access repositories (such as the Public Library of Science journals). Accordingly, a growing fraction of my primary papers - and almost all of my review articles - are published in journals that adhere to the Open Access model.
In today’s world of ubiquitous Internet availability, the Open Access model appears to best serve our goal that the public at large, rather than a specific publishing house, be the primary beneficiary of our work as scientists and public employees. I hope in your understanding!
