ABK Karate Camp is designed for both the current martial arts student and the aspiring
Black Belt. For three hours each day we are training technique and curriculum with the
ability to use all the awesome equipment in the gym! Some camp activities include board
breaking, weapons, sparring, "ninja warrior" style obstacle courses and games! One karate
camp also will give you 12-15 karate class credits that can go toward your next belt testing.

ABK Soccer Camps are designed by an instructor licensed by the U.S. Soccer Federation
to provide maximum touches on the ball to increase skill in ball handling and
control. Camp skills include feints, tricks, attacking, defending, goalkeeping, passing and
receiving. Each camp day players participate in skill activities, games, and scrimmages as
well as soccer specific athletic fitness all while having fun! The age groups for the camps
are the Raptors 6-8yrs and Tsunami 9-13yrs. Campers will need shin guards and long socks
(no cleats, please).

ABK Football Camp coached by Andres (Ace) Reed, a former U of O player, is a
non-contact football skills camp for your young athletes who want to be introduced to
football or brush up on their skills in preparation to compete. The camp focuses on the
techniques and fundamentals needed to succeed at a youth level. Campers will learn core
components of passing, catching, running, blocking, and position. Aside from learning the
game of football, camp staff will talk to the players each day about football, life, and why
playing youth football is important. All presented in a fun & positive environment. Camp
Location is at Harry & David Field located at 2929 S. Pacific Highway, Medford, OR 97501.

ABK Dance Camps are great for both the new and experienced dancer. In all of our fun camps students will learn rhythm and a dance routine. At the end of each camp students will have a performance for their parents! Come learn rhythm and beat in our Hip Hop Camp while having fun and learning new tricks. Join us for our upbeat Jazz Camp where students learn a fusion old and new art music with improvisation and fun costumes! Lyrical Ballet Camp is designed to teach dancers graceful technique, positions, and balance.

ABK Gymnastics Camps are all about acrobatics, fitness, and proper gymnastics tech-
niques. In Girls Camp students will learn balance, strength, flexibility and progressions
involved in each of the gymnastics Olympic events. Boys Camp is designed to increase
functional strength, flexibility, balance, acrobatics, and provide the best foundational prep-
aration for young boys to apply to future sports! The boys have an added element of
parkour and boot camp fitness for overall strength & gymnastics fun! Students will be
placed in groups according to age, gender and ability.

ABK Aquatics Camps are for children interested in becoming confident and safe in the
water. Our certified Lifeguard Instructors will lead experienced swimmers through our
Ultimate Mission Camp. Campers must be able to swim length of pool freestyle. Children
will enjoy obstacle courses, underwater swimming , and mission planning for the Final As-
sault with his/her "squad" in a "Navy Seal Buds" training camp. Water skills, improved
swimming and teamwork will be our focus. Our Junior Lifeguard Camp for children 10yrs
and up will work on refining swim strokes for safety, water entry diving, and cover basic
Lifeguard skills such as prevent, recognize, respond and basics of CPR (not a certification class).

Keep your preschooler active this summer with the ABK Sports Sampler. We introduce kids to a variety of sports with an emphasis on values, skill building, positive social behavior, and overall good health. Gross and fine motor skills will be explored daily. Since gymnastics provides a great foundation for all sports we will include gym time twice per week with a themed sport on the other 3 days. We provide four full hours of enriching, educational, preschool fun!
Weekly attendance is strongly encouraged, however there is a 3 day minimum option for Preschool Camp. The camp runs 10:45am-2:45pm. For full week camp-ers, Friday is show off day, 2:45-3:00 with a slide show in classroom and popcorn for campers and parents.

The America’s Best Kid’s Day Camp is all about fun! Recreational students ages 5-
12 will enjoy games, crafts, gymnastics, dance, swimming, outdoor activities and
more. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day. Field trips will be
available on selected Fridays. There will be an added $12 fee if your child chooses
to participate in the field trip. Field trips will run from 10am—3pm. “Field Trip
Friday” locations will be posted prior to the event. To ensure your child's spot
they must be pre-registered. (Field trips are non-refundable)
These camps are specially designed with parents in mind because we know how
hectic summer can be. Use these Day Camps to prepare for a weekend vacation,
catch up on daily tasks or just get some personal time. You can register your child
for a single day or for the whole week. The more you come the more you save!
Pack them a lunch, swimsuit, and towel and we’ll do the rest!

Day Camp General Information
FAQ:
*Children need to bring lunches, swimsuits, and towels each
day.
* ABK will provide snack each day.
*Lifeguards will be on duty for all swim activities.
*Floatation devices are provided.
*Recreational campers under 6 years must have a parent on
the pool deck to participate in swimming activities. Campers
that do not swim will do other activities or games.
Registration and Payment:
Annual Membership $30/year for individual $60/year for
families. All balances for camps are to be paid in full by the
first of the month in which the camper will attend. A 25% de-
posit of the total camp cost is to be paid at the time of regis-
tration. If balance due is less than $100, camp is to be paid in
full at the time of registration. For those attending camps
for the entire summer we will divide your remaining balance
over June, July, Aug to be included with your normal month-
ly billings. Monthly balances are due on the 1st or 5th of each
month.
Cancellation:
A full refund less 10% processing fee will be granted if cancel-
lation is made 30 days or more before the first day of the
camp week, a 25% processing fee will be charged if made
15–29 days prior to the first day of the camp week. (Note:
daily rate adjusted based on number of days attended) No
refunds are granted 14 days or less.
Rescheduling:
Scheduled camp dates may be changed (when space is avail-
able) up to 7 days prior to that weeks camps.
