My philosophy on Hiring
“I want to build the most effective team that can build. When I hire another person for my team, my goal is not merely to make the team larger. And each person I hire should be chosen to make my team better in some specific way . I am not looking for someone as talented as me. Rather , I am looking for someone who is more talented than me, at least in one significant way.”
