Our process ultimately depends on your team’s specific needs, but our various initiatives in business analysis, marketing,

Cieden’s assistance resulted in major growth for Gridics thanks to a multidisciplinary approach that included product

management, marketing, and design. Breaking down one monolithic application into a set of separate apps allowed us to better

cater to different customer needs, but doing so artfully required smooth product design and the rollout of a hierarchical brand

strategy. Our focus on perfecting a smooth navigational menu allows users to switch among the different apps, while still easily

accessing their saved projects, and the rebranding allowed us to more easily speak to different customer persona needs. This

approach helped Gridics grow from one city client to ten within the span of a year. Gridics continues to validate different market

approaches but is well on its way to scaling within the real estate and govtech industries.
