INTROdUCTION
The H2 Resistance Band Station is the compact version of the RBS system - providing the same benefits as the RBS3 and RBS1 in a smaller, space-saving package. Perfect for physical therapy offices, small commercial gyms and home gyms.
The.H2.Resistance.Band.Station.is.a.wall-mounted,.modular.resistance.band.training.station.that.was.developed.to.give.sports,.fitness.and.rehabilitative.professionals.the.ability.to.utilize.all.types.of.resistance.bands,.suspension.straps.and.stretch.straps.to.their.full.potential.

Anchored to weight bearing wall studs (or concrete walls), the H2 extends only three-inches from the wall.

Modular designThe.H2.is.a.three-component.modular.system.that.can.be.configured.for.multiple.users....In.its.basic.configuration.of..a.vertical.stack.(pictured),..the.H2.is.designed.for.one..user...However,.as.you.can.see,...two.people.can.comfortably..train.on.the.system...

Warning: The H2 Resistance Band Station is designed for use with rubber or latex resistance bands; and cotton or nylon suspension and stretch straps. Do not fasten resistance bands or straps to the Hammer Head Safety Hooks with metal clip hooks or other hooks made of hard materials. This has the potential to damage the coating on the hooks and cause premature wear.

To.install,.please.follow.the.following.instructions:
1. Location...Identify.the.location.to.mount.the.H2...The.recommended.height.for.the.top.unit.is.seven.feet.(measured.from.the.top.hook.to.the.floor)...The.user.has.the.option.of.mounting.the.H2.top.unit.at.any.desired.height...The.key.is.having.hooks.above.the.head.to.perform.downward.pulling.exercises...Make.sure.there.is.enough.floor.clearance.to.perform.the.desired.exercises.

The design, testing and labeling of the RBS3 Resistance Band Station, RBS1 Resistance Band Station and H2 Resistance Band Station were based on standards provided by: ASTM F 1749-09 Standard Specification for Fitness Equipment and Fitness Safety Signage and Labels; F2276-09 Standard Specification for Fitness Equipment; and F2571-09 Standard Test Methods for Evaluating Design and Performance Characteristics of Fitness Equipment.
2. Studs...Locate.the.wall.studs.with.a.stud.finder...Mark.the.centerline.of.the.studs...
3. Three units. The.H2.system.is.comprised.of.three.units.(bottom,.middle.and.top)...
A. Mount the top unit.with.the.top.hook.at.seven.feet...Hold.the.unit.in.the.desired.position.against.the.wall.and.in.line.with.the.centerline.of.the.studs...Mark.the.location.of.the.three.mounting.holes...Using.the.Plum.Bob,.draw.a.(faint).line.on.the.wall.from.the.top.hole.down..to.just.above.the.floor...This.will.help.guide.you.when.determining.the.location.of.the.holes..on.the.two.lower.units.
Note: The individual H2 components can be mounted at any desired height depending on the size of the users or needs of the facility.
b. Mount the middle lower unit.with.the.top.hook.at.approximately.chest.height.for.a.person.six.feet.tall...Hold.the.unit.in.the.desired.position.against.the.wall.and.in.line.with.the.centerline.of.the.studs.identified.by.the.Plum.Bob.line.(see.“A”.above)...Mark.the.location.of.the.three.mounting.holes
C. Mount the bottom unit.with.the.bottom.hook.at.ankle.height.or.about.6-inches.from.the.floor...Hold.the.lower.unit.in.the.desired.position.against.the.wall.and.in.line.with.the.centerline.of.the.studs.identified.by.the.Plum.Bob.line...Mark.the.location.of.the.three.mounting.holes
5. With all nine mounting holes marked, use.the.Plum.Bob.to.confirm.that.all.of.the.mounting.holes.are.in.alignment.
6. Using a drill, create starter holes.through.the.drywall.and.penetrating.the.wall.studs.approximately.3/8-inch.
7. Using a socket wrench, mount the upper unit first.followed.by.the.middle.unit.and.bottom.unit.

Top Unit: Mount the top unit with the top hook at 7 feet
Middle Unit: Mount the middle unit with the top hook at approximately chest height for a person 6 feet tall
Bottom Unit: Mount the bottom unit with the bottom hook at ankle height or about 6-inches from floor

ThreadingTo.reduce.the.length.and.tension.of.a.resistance.band,.a.user.simply.anchors.the.band.on.one.hook.and.threads.it.through.a.second.hook...In.the.photo,.the.user.has.reduced.the.length.of.the.band.by.anchoring.the.band.on.a.lower.hook.and.threading.it.through.an.upper.hook.
The.same.applies.to.suspension.or.stretch.straps.
In.the.photo,.Shawn.(Shawn.Finnegan.–.Director.of.Fitness..&.Rehabilitation.for.Core.Energy.Fitness).has.anchored.the.RBS.Suspension.Strap.on.the.lower.hook.of.the.middle.H2;.and.threaded.the.strap.through.the.top.hook.on.the.top.H2...This.has.the.put.the.handles.in.the.ideal.position.to.produce.the.desired.level.of.body.resistance.

WrappingTo.increase.the.safety.of.anchoring.bands,.the.user..has.the.option.of.wrapping.the.band.around.the.hook...This.will.form.a.closed.loop.around.the.hook.providing..a.secure.and.safe.anchor.
Wrapping.is.recommended.when.performing.vigorous.dynamic.exercises.or.exercises.that.require.upward..pulls.or.presses.
basic LoopFor.most.exercises,.especially.those.without.vigorous.dynamic.movements,.it.is.sufficient.to.simply.loop.the.band.over.the.hook.
In.this.hamstring.stretch,.Shawn.is.using.the.8-foot.RBS.Stretch.Strap.as.a.pulley...After.anchoring.his.ankle,.Shawn.has.threaded.the.strap.through.the.lower.hook.on.the.middle.H2.unit...To.perform.the.stretch,.Shawn.pulls.on.the.strap.to.draw.his.foot.near.
