Osmosis WaterOsmosis water, also referred to as demineralized water, is free of salts, calcium, iron, lead, magnesium, sodium, potas-sium and organic contaminants. Because osmosis water is so pure it leaves no stains and/or streaks. This attribute is ideal for the cleaning of different surfaces.

Another attribute of osmosis water is that the water cle-ans from the inside out, by getting into the pores of the surface. This will leave a perfect clean surface without any stains or streaks. This shining result without any soap or chemicals.

How does i t work? Our tap water contains various parts. To remove these parts we need to filter. Tap water is pressed through va-rious filters. This is called reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis filters in one treatment your tap water into osmosis water without using any chemicals or bacteriological parts. For example 95 to 99.5% of all minerals and salts, 98 to 99.5 % of all metals will be removed. Bacteria, viruses and pyro-gens are removed for 100%. Reverse osmosis is a very clean and environmentally friendly purification technique.

Purposes Osmosis Water Osmosis water is largely used in the cleaning industry. Like glass and façade cleaning. But also in the car wash systems. Recently it’s also used in the care and food industry. Such as sterilization but also as a base for beer and soft drinks.

Brief Introduction

Our range of Pro-Wash RODI systems has been develo-ped to fulfill the needs of individual and professional custo-mers better while offering significant flexibility.Pro-Wash RODI System is equipped with a filtering unit integrated in a tank, able to deliver 120 litre pure water of perfect quality 0 ppm per hour. The Pro-Wash RODI systems are standard supplied with HDPE tank (content choice), RODI filtration, a manomet-re, flow metre, inline TDS metre, battery with charger, acrylic front cover and green LED lights (for easy mainte-nance/inspection).

MaintenanceThere are two pre-filters which need to be replaced every 12 months, the membrane between 24 and 36 months. The DI cartridge (resin) after ± 20,000 litres.

The Pro-Wash RODI system has an extreme low cost of maintenance around the 400 euros (average use).

Pro-wash Rodi Systems

The remarkable mobile system filtering the tapwater on-site. With the access to the water connection and po-wer socket of 230V RODI Trolley is able to produce a high flow of perfect water quality.

The RODI Trolley is a 4-stage filtration unit that combines two different technologies of purification: Reversed Os-mosis and De-Ionization. The result of this combination is a perfect water quality. Due to the powerful booster pump the Trolley works also perfectly with the low pressure of the tap water. Presented unit is available in two different versions- the 120 l/h and the 240 l/h.By using the RODI Trolley you are twice as fast as traditio-nal window cleaner and also perfectly prepared to clean high raised buildings (by setting up the trolley on top of the roof and go downwards by rope access or lift).

Economic argument of the rodi trolley is of RODI Trolley are very low maintenance costs. The pre-filters need to be changed twice a year, the membrane once a three years and the DI filter after ±20.000 litres.

The DI Trolley is a perfect solution for the smaller jobs or hard to reach tasks. The De-Ionization is a filtration tech-nology used here. All trolleys are delivered with a 50, 70 or 150 litre water tank, contain a 12V battery with charger, pump (enables to work up to 20 metre height) the flow metre and two DI cartridges (need to replaced after ±600 litre)

Modular PolesA modular pole consists of seperate segments, which can easily be changed by our “click” system. The pole can be build up to any requested length. The modular pole is extremely rigid and light weight. The modular pole can be delivered as a set with a convenient bag for easy transport.

There are three different sections: top section (1,7m), nor-mal section ( 1,7m) and small section (0,85m).
