2 cases found allergic reaction

6 Mths post op USG breast found small round hyperechoic components with free fluid anechoic accumulation perechoic, non-mobile, avascular, and adherent (Hyperechoic, non mobile, avascular and adherent to the parenchymal tissue planes).
