Wedding reception planning is a large part
of our business. We have proudly helped
many couples make joyous memories to last
a lifetime with the reception of their
dreams. We know it can be stressful and
time consuming and that is why we offer
our complete wedding package to suit a
range of needs and budgets, all with the
knowledge that you’re in trusted and
creative hands set to make your special day
magical!
As a standard, we’ll provide you with a
beautiful traditional white marquee fully
draped and fully furnished complete with
atmospheric lighting including luxury
diamond chandeliers, a choice of dance
floor, Tables, Chivari lime wash chairs with a
choice of seat pad, linen and cutlery. We’ll
work with you to complete the daunting
task of which catering and drinks package
best suits your budget and needs.
With a list of little extra’s and ancillaries to
complete your ultimate event space such as
DJ / mobile bar / luxury loo’s / Star light roof
lining / luxury banqueting furniture /
theming and props and more. Our
dedicated and expert staff will work
alongside you to advise and plan your
magical day.
The complete marquee package
One of our expert Event Technicians will
complete a site visit allowing us to identify
any pre-event requirements for space,
permissions, electricity / water supply and
vehicle access needs.
Our marquees come in all sizes and shapes
and are custom built with your event in
mind. Within our “All Inclusive package”
based on your number of guests in one of
our marquee structures, this will include all
of the drapes, the carpeted floor, the dining
furniture, linens and cutlery, the catering
tent for us to work from, lighting and your
luxury dance floor. Following our site visit,
we will advise whether generators and
luxury loos will be required, of which an
additional cost will be quoted. We’ll start
with a perfect blank canvas and build the
day of your dreams with your own choice of
theming and and decor and dining & drinks
packages to suit.
Here's how it works:
We supply everything needed for the
perfect wedding dining experience. We
work closely with our couples to craft the
perfect menu, from gourmet canapés to a
3+ course wedding breakfast or depending
on the client's preferences, something a
little less formal with an exceptionally tasty
buffet. We have an established in-house
catering team and all the equipment
needed to ensure that our Head Chef
executes the perfect wedding menu. We
also offer 'Fun Foods' such as hotdog &
burger carts, pizza & panini bars, candy
floss, popcorn, ice cream, crepes & more.
Our sister company, Rent-A-Keg also offers
mobile bar packages to ensure an
affordable bar solution complete with
expert staffing and mixologists if required!
What about catering?
Approximately 48 hours ahead of your big
day, our marquee rigging team will deliver
and build your marquee externally and
internally. This can take up to a full day,
depending on your chosen size and interior
fixtures.
Once this is complete, our catering team
will swoop on in to set up their space and
catering equipment in a well-timed manner
ready to start prepping and chilling.
Your dedicated Party Doctors Event
Manager will arrive onsite the day before
your event to ensure all tables have been
put into position complete with linens,
cutlery, crockery and glassware ready for
you to add your own finishing touches such
as place cards, decorations, flowers, favours
and anything else that will make your day
unique to you.
On the morning of your special day your
Event Manager will be on hand to ensure all
staff including the catering and waiting
team are fully prepped and ready for you
and your guests arrival. They will be your
point of contact for any last minute
requests. They will brief all staff and be with
you until the show is over, but fear not,
they’ll be back to completely clear up and
de-rig at a suitable time!
