P3 - PAM PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE COURSE-2021

a. PAM Professional Practice Course  (PPC)  is developed from the previous and current programs in response to on-going issues within the architectural practices. It covers topics such as building legislations, regulations and contract administration. 

b. Consisting of 5 modules, workshop and examination spreading over a period of 7 weekends, it will be conducted by experienced practitioners. The main focus will be issues directly related to Part III Examination. Special attention will be provided on the topics which were highlighted as challenging by the participants.

c. Learning outcomes includes practical skills needed to run an architectural practice, certification during various stages of contract administration, calculation of fees, understanding of the numerous requirements of project development, and many others.

d. Participants for this Intensive Workshop are expected to possess the basic body of knowledge. They will be given the opportunity to engage in problem/solution sessions, highlighting  the complexity of the topics.  Priority goes to candidates that are taking LAM Part III Exam 2021.  The titles indicated in the programs are subject to variants by the respective lecturers.
