What is PAMS?
• PAMS is a multinational defense forum for senior-level officers from regional ground forces and security services to exchange views.
• Opportunity to build strong interpersonal relationships between leaders of regional land forces.

Bringing Spouses* A key component of PAMS is relationships formed between the delegates.
Spouses can serve to catalyze those relationships.* The presence of delegate spouses also permits other discussions to occur that can
build regional understanding and cooperation.* The Bangladesh Army will conduct a valuable and enjoyable spouse program for
all attending spouses.* Any delegate, support staff, or secretariat member is welcome to bring their
spouse on a self-funded basis

– Delegates, spouses, support staff, and secretariat must register
• Arrival & Local Transportation– Registered travelers will be met at
the Dhaka International Airport by the Bangladesh Army and transported to the Radisson Hotel
– It is the responsibility of each delegation to ensure that they have proper documentation to enter Bangladesh
– The Bangladesh Army will furnish all local seminar transportation
• Translator Support– Seminar will be conducted in English– Delegates requiring translation must
contact the PAMS organizers as soon as possible
• Lodging– Following registration, travelers
must contact the Radisson Blu hotel directly and reserve a room that is already blocked for PAMS:
