Packaging Process Carrier Tipping

1. Carrier Feeder: Utilized for carrier product feeding applications.

2. Alignment Conveyor: Aligns the material positioning and spacing of the incoming carrier.

3. Rotary Pick & Place with Realignment: Uses vacuum pressure to pick up the cards and affix them on to the carrier.

4. Smart Feeder: Utilized for feeding and affixing Terms & Conditions to carrier.

5. Vacuum Transport: Provides smooth, efficient, variable speed transport for carrier.

Packaging Process Gluing & Folding

1. Bar Code Scanner: Used to verify the barcode and serve as an input device for the master control module.

2. Hot Melt Glue (4): Utilized for temper resistant and secure enclosure gluing of the carrier.

3. Plowfold (3): Folding of the carrier.

4. Bump & Turn with Registration: Turns carrier 90 degrees.

5. Vacuum Transport: Provides smooth, efficient, variable speed transport for host carrier.

Packaging Process Printing & Encoding

1. Magstripe Encoder: Utilized for encoding of the magnetic stripe

2. DOD Inkjet: Provides High resolution UV curable, variable print up to 600 DPI.

3. LED UV Dryer: LED technology allows for an extremely small footprint, that can cure the ink at a low energy level and is ozone friendly.

4. Camera: Sends data to the controller using Optical Character Recognition to not only verify card data, but also the card’s content.

5. Sectional Vacuum Transport: Provides smooth, efficient, variable speed transport for carrier using heat resistant belts.

6. Packaging Arm: Provides end of the line automation for a 100% automated process.

7. Delivery Conveyor: Delivers finished product for hand packing.
