Stuart Wignall will be replacing our previous Chaplain, Jade Crompton who is currently on maternity leave. I am sure the Padbury PS community will join me in welcoming Stuart to the school and making him feel very welcome. NATIONAL SCHOOL OPINION SURVEYS National School Opinion Surveys (NSOS) are required to be undertaken by all schools every two years. In 2020 Padbury PS will be surveying all our parents, staff and Yr 5/6 students. The surveys are undertaken online and are not an onerous task – our Yr 5/6 students usually take just under 4 minutes to complete the survey. I will be preparing the surveys in the near future and will provide parents with a link to access the surveys once they are ready. It is important that we seek to get a high response rate from parents and I urge ALL parents to complete the survey when the link is made available. VACSWIM SWIMMING LESSONS Enrolments are now open for VacSwim swimming lessons during the October and December/January school holidays. October is a great time to get your children ready for summer and January offers fun lessons at beach or pool locations during the long break. Your children can start as young as five years old.
