The most important thing to remember about Dragon Boating is to :
LISTEN ! LISTEN! LISTEN to instructions at all times.
On the boat your steersperson or your drummer will give you the commands so it is very important to listen. This is for your safety.
What’s the goal?
To move the boat as fast as you can.
How can you do this?Everyone must paddle together at the same rate. Your strokes, the first two people, on the boat will set the pace.
Who will win?

Look at everyone’s top arm. They go up and down together. It’s important everyone paddles at the same time.
