Working closely with Duquette, the Coburns filled their Spanish Colonial house with an eclectic and exotic mix of Hollywood High-Style furniture alongside art, textiles, and antiquities that they amassed during their world travels. Coburn Revisited features nearly 60 lots, eleven of which were created or embellished by Duquette. The sale is curated by renowned California interior decorator Oliver M. Furth. This is Paddle8’s first single-owner sale and continues Paddle8’s expansion into design, which will also include a forthcoming sale curated by Kelly Wearstler (November 6 – 14). Bidding opens on Tuesday, October 8 at 10 AM EST, and closes Thursday, October 24 at 6 PM EST, at paddle8.com/auctions/coburn. Highlights of Coburn Revisited include: Sunburst Mirror, Tony Duquette.
