Document Editor “Queue” as of December 2, 2013 Notes on Current Status Delivered to Secretariat: Documents that have been delivered for processing are those that are currently being processed, one at a time (these documents make up the active queue). The order in which documents are processed is influenced by the following prioritization scheme: Red and Pink have the highest priority, followed by Blue and Magenta, followed by Orange and some Yellow (some procedural documents), followed by Green. The initial issues of Red/Pink books have higher priority than subsequent issues because initial issues must undergo CESG/CMC polling, which adds at least a month to the turnaround time. In CMC/CESG Ballot: Documents that have been submitted for polling are processed at a higher priority than those in the “Delivered to Secretariat” group upon completion of polling. Completed CESG Ballot: Documents to which changes are being made as a condition of approval are processed at a higher priority than those in the “Delivered to Secretariat” group upon their return to the Secretariat for processing. Review Item Disposition/In Agency Review: Documents that have completed review are likely to be delivered to the Secretariat for processing prior to the next meeting cycle. Upon delivery they will be added to the active queue according to the prioritization scheme outlined above.
