COMPANY POLICY & SCOPE OF WORK

This Quality Control Plan is established to assure that all phases of mechanical, construction and

inspection and testing are performed in accordance with the requirement of the desired

procedures, applicable codes, specifications and drawings and that the contractor’s work, in

general, is performed to a high standard of workmanship.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for plan implementation and shall report directly to

the Project Manager.

The Quality Control Manager has authority to identify problems, initiate corrective action,

recommend solutions and stop work when necessary, or as directed by project Manager.
