In recent years the prevalence ofcouples unable to conceive hasincreased drastically and over 20%of the married couples account toit. Not only there is a decline infemale fertility, but a reduction inmale fertility has been on a rise. Ofthe total couples seeking fertilitytreatment, around half of the issuelies with the female partner and theincreasing trend in loss of malefertility is attributable in theremaining half. Tendency to look forfertility treatment is high, as theneed for parenthood and socialstatus of parenthood is moresignificant in India. However, theawareness of IVF in rural areas is amajor barrier.Though the proportion of womenin their reproductive age i.e. 20 to44 years has increased in the lastdecade, women over 30 are underthe burden of infertility in India. With the changing lifestyle,
NEW IUI Method for making motherhood Possibleincreased use of contraceptives andexposure to toxins is linked to furtherraise the burden of infertility in Indiaby 2020.Why is New IUI technique betterthan other methods? While the conventional IUItechniques were costlier and hadvery low success rates, the new IUItechnique developed is one of therevolutionary transformations withsuccess rates upto 80%.Even though this technique is notcompletely new but has been madebetter with some improvements in itwhich has improved its success rateby atleast 4 folds. This latest newIUI technique has been presentedat various international journals withproven clinical resultsThough couples attributing toinfertility contribute equally with40% each among men and women,20% of the reasons are sporadic andtherefore it is evident enough thatnot only female but male factorinfertility also affects motherhoodequally. The new IUI technique ishighly beneficial for complicationsof tubal factor infertility in femalesand complications of low spermcount and motility in males.Conventional IUI techniques areused to open the closed fallopiantubes in female unable to conceive, but had only a success rate of 20%in the first attempt. With thedevelopment of the new IUItechnique, the success rate has goneup immensely. New IUI techniquebeing inexpensive in comparison, isyet more successful despite beingan improvised technique of the
existing IUI method. In India around 15-20% of thecouple fail to conceive and seeksome form of IVF treatment. Withrecent advancements in the field ofInfertility treatment and ArtificialReproductive Techniques(ART),almost all types and grades ofinfertility are treatable and helpachieve parenthood. What could be the possible reasonsamong female?1. Changing and s edentarylifestyle – Women are born withtheir lifetime reserve of eggs, andthese gradually decrease in bothquality and quantity with age.Westernisation has only depletedand destroyed the egg qualityprematurely in women.2. Increase in the number ofworking women – with morenumber of women focussing onwork and career, they want toconceive after getting settled. Butthe biological clock ticking away, fertility reduces with increasing agedecreasing the chances to getpregnant.3. Urban lifestyle ad obesity – withwesternisation, many women hasbeen fancying for alcohol andtobacco consumption as a style andstatus symbol. Depending on junkfood and a sedentary lifestyle, people now a day are becomingobese which is one of the mainreasons for becoming infertile. 4. Other clinical factors –prevalence of medical conditionsamong women have seen a rise inthe last decade –a) Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

India unites on wrongissues - but the divide
remain onscuredAfter an undeclared war between Pakistan and our country
begins, India today faces an internal war type scenariodividing the citizens into two with different ideologies. The idea ofnew India as per the ruling government led by BJP all began afterPakistan nurtured JeM militants who claimed the attack on our CRPFJawan at Palwana district of Kashmir. Modi administration attackneeds appreciation, but the real problem now has been curtain.Nobody talks about a lasting solution of Kashmir but a war – orrevenge for killing our martyred soldiers is the topic for all. If theKashmir problem exists such unwanted incidents may continueand maybe more precious jawan of ours may lose a life. Finding analternative solution is perhaps the need of the hour. We cannotsimply play cards to meet the desire of the majority communitybase religion for a mere benefit at the cost of brave soldiers. India isa land of multi-ethnic people who speaks the various language andfollow a different religion.
The idea of the nation having one identity, one religion, oneculture, one language promulgated by some self-style son of motherIndia has created fear psychosis to various ethnic communities inthe country. At a time when chauvinistic idealism of creating anation of only one community is seen marching ahead, it is naturalthat each and every ethnic communities of the nation have reasonto be feared. Because it is family first then comes to society then itis the nation. That is why people are either against the CAA r theNRC or NPA.
India was and is a nation of diverse people. The beauty of Indiais the existence of different ethnic people with diverse culturalpeople. It is important that if India has to prove the world as themost successful democratic country, the leaders and the so-calledself-style son of the soil should be tried to become real son of thesoil by accepting that the concept of one religion, one culture, andone language should not be followed in the Nation called India.
Talking about North East state in general and Manipur inparticular, during Kargil war, two soldiers from this region, that toofrom a border village between Myanmar and India in the state ofManipur were martyred while fighting the Pakistani troops. Familyof the two did not know the common language that their sonsspoke with their fellow soldiers and moreover, the villagers of thetwo soldiers are fighting tough safeguarding their villages fromintruders of the neighboring villages. Yet they pray for the successof India.
The Indian administrators of the time were not the one whichbrought victory to the Kargil war, but it was the prayers of thosethousand parents, whose sons were fighting for the country, butwho never see Delhi, or who never understood the commonlanguage (Hindi) that make India a success. Indeed, many criticsare of the view that India is still in the process of nation-building.But the reality is that India is already a nation. A nation of imaginescommunity living under the same roof.
The peaceful co-existence and communal harmony were put indead danger with the rise of communal centric feudalism classes. They spew venom of hate feeling among the various communitiesfor their mere selfish gain. The last few decades showed the rise ofmany such feudalists and the rise of this class raises the feeling ofenmity among the various community.
Coming back to the state of Manipur, the problem facing rightnow has similar roots. The force annexation is often pinpointed asthe root of all sorts of trouble here, but the reality is that the root ofthe entire problem facing in the state of Manipur is the chauvinisticattitude of the ruling government in the mainland India.
Instead of looking at the problem, the then ruler of mainlandIndia had sidelined the real issue submitted by the then expertofficials deputed by their government, they never tried anything toput a halt to the rise of the armed opposition group. But rather thethen government incited hate feeling among various communitiesthinking that the same technique adopted the British ruler cansuppress any movement in the region.
Instead of taking into consideration and finding a means to endall sorts of violent activism a Scheme called SurrenderedRehabilitation Schemes had been introduced and the result - peoplenow suffered double the problem that they had faced before thecoming of the scheme.
Well, Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, the last President of theUSSR had understood the importance of safeguarding eachcommunity and the USSR was separated into various independentnations. The problem will be there as long as humankind exists.Because they think and act and those acts are sometimes negativefrom one’s viewpoint even if he or she thought it right from hisviewpoints.
The fear factor right now is felt to everyone. Man dies andsacrifices for their children and nation. If the fear factor grows noone can guarantee any untoward incident at which the fear factorwas a challenge and wipe out completely to restore the once upona time nation-state called Manipur.
