At the time ofdeath, the decedent ownedreal or leasehold property inthe following MArYLANDcounties: WorceSter.All persons having claimsagainst the decedent mustfile their claims with theregister of Wills forWorcester county with acopy to the foreign personalrepresentative on or beforethe earlier of the followingdates:(1) Six months from the dateof the decedent's death, ex-cept if the decedent died be-fore october 1, 1992, ninemonths from the date of thedecedent's death; or(2) two months after the for-eign personal representa-tive mails or otherwisedelivers to the creditor acopy of this published no-tice or other written notice,notifying the creditor thatthe claim will be barred un-less the creditor presentsthe claims within twomonths from the mailing orother delivery of the notice.claims filed after that dateor after a date extended bylaw will be barred.
