REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
District IV HRDC is soliciting proposals for the renovation of the Northern Montana Child Development Center parking lots, one at HRDC4, 2229 5th Avenue, and one at the NMCDC Lincoln Center at 1350/1360 Lincoln Avenue. The HRDC4 parking lot will include a total of 29358.8 square feet of asphalt, 1074 linear feet of curb, and 2156 square feet of sidewalk. The Lincoln Center will require removal and replacing 6100 square feet of asphalt. Proposals must include Davis Bacon wages. The engineering survey and tours are available upon request. Complete proposal packets can be picked up at the reception desk at 2229 5th Avenue, Havre, MT. To request a packet be mailed call 406-265-6743.
