NOTICE OF PUBLIC FORECLOSURE SALENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON FRIDAY, JUNE 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, SMAC Loan Acquisition, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“SMAC LA”), as secured creditor, will offer to sell, or cause to be sold, at a public sale conducted in accordance with the provision of applicable law (the “Public Sale”), at the law offices of Tobin & Reyes, P.A., 225 N.E. Prospective purchasers should be aware that various agreements may significantly limit or restrict the rights of a purchaser of the Collateral, or create rights for Sanctuary’s other creditors and/or parties who have a relationship with Sanctuary upon the sale of the Collateral.
