SPECIFICATION FEATURES
ConstructionExtruded aluminum driver enclosure thermally isolated from Light Squares for optimal thermal performance. Heavy-wall, die-cast aluminum end caps enclose housing and die-cast aluminum heat sinks. A unique, patent pending interlocking housing and heat sink provides scalability with superior structural rigidity. 3G vibration tested. Optional tool-less hardware available for ease of entry into electrical chamber. Housing is IP66 rated.
OpticsChoice of 16 patented, high-efficiency AccuLED Optics. The optics are precisely designed to shape the distribution maximizing efficiency and application spacing. AccuLED Optics create consistent distributions with the scalability to meet customized application requirements. Offered standard in 4000K (+/- 275K) CCT and minimum 70 CRI. Optional 6000K CCT and 3000K CCT. For the ultimate level of spill light control, an optional house side shield accessory can be field or factory installed. The
house side shield is designed to seamlessly integrate with the SL2, SL3, SL4 or AFL optics.
ElectricalLED drivers are mounted to removable tray assembly for ease of maintenance. 120-277V 50/60Hz, 347V 60Hz or 480V 60Hz operation. 480V is compatible for use with 480V Wye systems only. Standard with 0-10V dimming. Shipped standard with Eaton proprietary circuit module designed to withstand 10kV of transient line surge. The Galleon LED luminaire is suitable for operation in -40°C to 40°C ambient environments. For applications with ambient temperatures exceeding 40°C, specify the HA (High Ambient) option. Light Squares are IP66 rated. Greater than 90% lumen maintenance expected at 60,000 hours. Available in standard 1A drive current and optional 530mA and 700mA drive currents. MountingExtruded aluminum arm includes internal bolt guides allowing for easy positioning of fixture during
assembly. Designed for pole or wall mounting. When mounting two or more luminaires at 90° or 120° apart, the EA extended arm may be required. Refer to the arm mounting requirement table on page 3. Round pole top adapter included. For wall mounting, specify wall mount bracket option. 3G vibration rated.
FinishHousing finished in super durable TGIC polyester powder coat paint, 2.5 mil nominal thickness for superior protection against fade and wear. Heat sink is powder coated black. Standard colors include black, bronze, grey, white, dark platinum and graphite metallic. RAL and custom color matches available. The D-Series Flood reflector systems and cutting-edge chip-on-board LED technology produce low field-to-beam ratios for minimal spill light and incredible photometric performance. It’s the ideal long-life replacement for 150 - 250W metal halide floods, with typical energy savings of 70% and expected service life of over 100,000 hours.

INTENDED USE The sleek design of the D-Series Size 2 Flood reflects the embedded high performance LED technology. It is ideal for larger signage, facade and flagpole lighting in many commercial and residential applications.
CONSTRUCTION Die-cast aluminum housing has integral heat sink fins to optimize thermal management through conductive and convective cooling. The LED driver is mounted in direct contact with the casting to promote low operating temperature and long life. Housing is completely sealed against moisture and environmental contaminants (IP65). Low EPA (0.8 ft2) for optimized wind loading.
FINISH Exterior parts are protected by a zinc-infused Super Durable TGIC thermoset powder coat finish that provides superior resistance to corrosion and weathering. A tightly controlled multi-stage process ensures a minimum 3 mils thickness for a finish that can withstand extreme climate changes without cracking or peeling.
OPTICS A variety of precision-molded vacuum-metallized specular reflectors are engineered for superior field-to-beam ratios, uniformity and spacing. Light engines are available in 3000K (70 CRI min.), 4000K (70 CRI min.) or 5000K (70 CRI min.) configurations. Optional visors offer additional versatility.
ELECTRICAL Light engine(s) consist of chip-on-board (COB) LEDs directly coupled to the housing to maximize heat dissipation and promote long life (100,000 hrs, L80). Class 1 electronic driver has a power factor >90%, THD <20%, and has an expected life of 100,000 hours with <1% failure rate. Surge protection meets a minimum Category C Low operation (per ANSI/IEEE C62.41.2).
INSTALLATION Integral adjustable knuckle with 1/2-14 NPS threaded pipe, tenon slipfitter, or yoke mounting, facilitates quick and easy installation to a variety of mounting accessories. This secure connection enables the D-Series Size 2 to withstand up to a 1.5 G vibration load rating per ANSI C136.31.
LISTINGS CSA certified to U.S. and Canadian standards. Luminaire is IP65 rated. Rated for -40°C minimum ambient.

Housing: Constructed of die-cast and extruded aluminum components with integral wiring compartment. Mounting tabs provided. Die castings are marine grade, copper free (≤ 0.3% copper content) A360.0 aluminum alloy.
Enclosure: One piece die-cast aluminum faceplate. Clear tempered glass; .125" thick, machined flush to faceplate surface. Faceplate is secured by four (4) flush, socket head, stainless steel captive screws threaded into stainless steel inserts in the housing casting. Pure anodized aluminum asymmetrical reflector. Continuous high temperature, molded silicone rubber gasket for weather tight operation.

The energy savings, long life and easy-to-install design of the D-Series Wall Size 1 make it the smart choice for building-mounted doorway and pathway illumination for nearly any facility.
CONSTRUCTION Two-piece die-cast aluminum housing has integral heat sink fins to optimize thermal management through conductive and convective cooling. Modular design allows for ease of maintenance. The LED driver is mounted to the door to thermally isolate it from the light engines for low operating temperature and long life. Housing is completely sealed against moisture and environmental contaminants (IP65).
FINISH Exterior parts are protected by a zinc-infused Super Durable TGIC thermoset powder coat finish that provides superior resistance to corrosion and weathering. A tightly controlled multi-stage process ensures a minimum 3 mils thickness for a finish that can withstand extreme climate changes without cracking or peeling. Available in textured and non-textured finishes.
OPTICS Precision-molded proprietary acrylic lenses provide multiple photometric distributions tailored specifically to building mounted applications. Light engines are available in 3000 K (80 min. CRI), 4000 K (70 min. CRI) or 5000 K (70 CRI) configurations.
ELECTRICAL Light engine(s) consist of 10 high-efficacy LEDs mounted to a metal-core circuit board to maximize heat dissipation and promote long life (L88/100,000 hrs at 25°C). Class 1 electronic drivers have a
power factor >90%, THD <20%, and a minimum 2.5KV surge rating. When ordering the SPD option, a separate surge protection device is installed within the luminaire which meets a minimum Category C Low (per ANSI/IEEE C62.41.2).
INSTALLATION Included universal mounting bracket attaches securely to any 4” round or square outlet box for quick and easy installation. Luminaire has a slotted gasket wireway and attaches to the mounting bracket via corrosion-resistant screws.

OPTICSVia Wet is available with a clear tempered glass (TMG) or a clear, UV stabilized
polycarbonate (PYC) protective enclosure, which are installed outside of the
luminaire optic itself.
The Precision Micro Optic (PMO) option utilizes a special catadioptric lens with a
two-dimensional array of prisms designed to eliminate glare while maintaining high
efficiency and clean luminous appearance. The High efficiency Lambertian Optic
(HLO) option uses a diffuser that combines 88% transmission with good source
obscuration.
LIGHT SOURCE - LEDCustom linear array of mid-flux LED's are cartridge-mounted with quick-connect
wiring to facilitate service and thermal management. Available in 3000K, 3500K
and 4000K with a minimum 80 CRI and an option for 90 CRI with elevated R9
value. Color consistency maintained to within 3 SDCM. LEDs operated at reduced
drive current to optimize efficacy and lumen maintenance.
All LEDs have been tested in accordance with IESNA LM-80-08 and the results
have shown L80 lumen maintenance greater than 60,000 hours. Absolute product
photometry is measured and presented in accordance with IESNA LM-79, unless
otherwise indicated.

securely for continuous runs in all configurations.Joining system
All individual sections are joined together onsite using the ¼"-20 screws and nuts
provided. The joint between 2 adjacent individual sections is sealed by a silicone
gasket attached to one of the 2 sections. The electrical connection between
sections is made through the holes provided in the end-caps.

driver with 120-277V AC line input. Dimmable

Housing: Constructed of die-cast aluminum end caps and an extruded, thick walled aluminum body. The end caps and body are internally welded to provide a seamless, waterproof lamp housing. The housing is secured to a mounting bracket by two stainless steel, captive fasteners. The mounting bracket is secured directly to the wall over a BEGA 537 recessed outlet box. Die castings are marine grade, copper free (≤ 0.3% copper content) A360.0 aluminum alloy.
Enclosure: The faceplate is constructed of extruded aluminum profiles, cut and welded together. The faceplates are secured to bottom of the lamp housing body with six flush, captive, stainless steel fasteners. The bottom diffuser is matte safety glass.
Electrical: 17.6W LED luminaire, 23 total system watts, -30°C start temperature. Integral 120V through 277V electronic LED driver, 0-10V dimming. LED module(s) are available from factory for easy replacement. Standard LED color temperature is 3000K with an 85 CRI. Available in 4000K (85 CRI); add suffix K4 to order.
