• Launch of S$1.5 million initiative to transform
the online engagement experience with our
customers through new corporate and brands
websites
• Strategic brands and advertising campaigns in
key print and online media channels, and new
Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brand videos
• Revenue 4% to S$373 million
• Occupancy 2%, Room Rate 7% and RevPAR 5%
• EBITDA was S$113 million, 3% from S$109 million
achieved in 2011
• Profit before tax 15%
• EPS, including fair value gains and other exceptional items
to 11.86 cents from adjusted EPS of 14.94 cents in 2011
• Dividend payment of 4.0 cents per share for financial year
2012, same as financial year 2011
