PANCAKES WITH ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

Glass of milk 10 g yeast

300 g flour

1 orange

80 g butter

2 eat. spoons sugar

3 eggs

Orange peel

baking butter (you can also use oil)

Add the yeast, warm milk, add flour, mix well, then

monitor.

Add salt and sugar to dough, whipped egg yolks,

melted butter, lemon rind, add whipped egg whites,

mix all easy and FRY in hot butter brown on both

sides.

Add ice cream!!!
