NS 10 Exercise Objectives

• Exercise HQ N-NC, JFLCC and RJTFs/JTFs in support of USG efforts to mitigate the effects of PI, IAW:• CJCS PI EXORD, CJCS PI EXORD MOD 1• USNC CONPLAN 3551-09, USNC CONPLAN 3591-09,

OPLAN 3591, USNC OPORD 03-09, and USNC PI EXORD• N-NC HOI 10-170

• Posture USNC for DSCA missions in a PI environment with respect to manning and situational awareness with civil authorities

• Conduct parallel planning in a PI environment• Exercise C2 of RJTF and JTF• Exercise HQ N-NC PI HOI
