Purge set (Flow Meter With Constant Flow Valve)

정유량변과 미소유량측정용 Flow Meter를 조합한 것으로, 압력변동이 있어도 내부

의 다이아프램이 항상 일정한 유량을 공급할 수 있어서 정확한 Level 측정 및 비중

측정, 정유량 설정 등을 할 수 있습니다.

When working pressure change, inside diaphragm and needle valve operates in

order to always keeping a fixed flow rate for exact measurement of constant

flow setting, level, density.

KP Series

■ 작동 원리 (Operation Principle)

입구(1차) 변동 압력 제어 방식에서 일정하지 않은 압력의 유체는 입구로부터 정유량밸브의 하단 chamber까지 유

입 됩니다. 그리고 상단의 chamber에 2차 압력이 전달됩니다. 이 때 상, 하단의 chamber사이에서 발생되는 차압

은 스프링과 다이아프램의 역할에 의해 항상 일정하게 됩니다. 니들밸브에 의해 교차되는 차압은 항상 일정하게

유지되며 유량은 밸브의 조절에 의해서만 비례합니다. 출구(2차) 변동 압력 제어 방식에서는 반대의 구조로 출구

의 압력이 변하여도 역시 유량은 항상 일정하게 유지됩니다.

In the PRIMARY(INLET) PRESSURE VARIATION CONTROL TYPE, the fluid, of which inlet pressure varies, is introduced from

IN to the lower chamber of the C series Constant Flow Valve. The load pressure (Secondary pressure) is connected to the

upper chamber. The differential pressure between the lower chamber and the upper chamber is always constant thanks to

the function of the Spring and the Diaphragm. The differential pressure across the needle valve is kept always constant

and the flow rate of the fluid is proportional only to the opening of needle valve. The opposite action is taken for

SECONDARY (OUTLET) PRESSURE VARIATION CONTROL TYPE and the flow rate is kept also constant even when the load

pressure changes.

● SUPPLY PRESSURE VARIATION ● LEVEL MEASUREMENT

위 그림에 나타나듯이 하나의 메인에서 각각 분기되는 경우 분기관중 정지된 곳의 영향으로 공급 압력은 변화합니다. 이때 입구 변동 압력 제어 방식은 퍼징된 유량을 유지하는데 적합니다.

탱크의 하부로 토출되는 압력은 액체 레벨에 의해 변화하며 일정한 공기유량을 필요로 합니다. 그러므로 출구 변동 압력 제어 방식은 이런 경우에 적합하며 압력측정을 위해 압력계 대신 차압발신기가 종종 설치됩니다.

As shown above, in case one large supply line branches

into several lines and the supply pressure changes because

of stoppage of some branches. Primary Pressure Variation

type Purge set will be suitable in keeping the purging

volume of fluid.

Liquid level in tanks is measured by the Back-pressure at

the edge of purging pipe. The outlet pressure at the tank

bottom changes depending on the liquid level, and

constant bubbling is required. Thus, Secondary Pressure

Variation type purge set is used for this application. A Dp

transmitter is often connected to pressure line instead of

pressure gauge for remote transmission.

위 그림은 탱크내부 액체의 지속적인 밀도 측정을 위해 적용된 공기 Purge 방식을 보여주고 있다.

For the measurement of flow rate of corrosive liquids

and/or liquids with solids by orifice plate, an equal

pressure purging both to High and Low pressure parts so as

not to introduce liquid and/or solids into Dp by pass line.

Dual mount type purge set used.

For continuous measurement of density of liquid in tanks,

Air purging system is used as shown above.

pressure fluctuation type.

For Type KP1-KOI-OUT of the secondary pressure fluctuation

type, the direction of "IN" and "OUT" gets reverse, and the

height shall be 45mm instead of 45mm.
