Panther’s Premier Driver Rewards Program

Miles, loads and service goals are based on individual driver performance. To see your individual goals that are based on your truck type, you must be a Panther driver and log-on to the driver website through the ‘Web Login’ portal and go to ‘Rewards’.

The Status Qualification Periods are January 1st to June 30th and July 1st to December 31st

Panther’s Premier Rewards Program rewards drivers for their loyalty and commitment — much like airline frequent flier or credit card loyalty programs. To qualify, drivers must meet Panther’s load and mile thresholds as well as the stringent requirement of 99% or better on-time service. Those who m eet the qualifications achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership status within Panther’s organization.

The more you drive and arrive on time, or the more loads you deliver on time, the higher level of membership and the greater number of perks you can achieve.

YOU WORK FOR YOUR MILES. NOW YOU CAN PUT YOUR MILES TO WORK FOR YOU.

Achieve Rewards Status and you can earn perks such as cash benefits in addition to your compensation. You can also earn access to a personal representative or “concierge” to facilitate interaction with Panther.

Other perks include Hometyme priority and priority for desirable loads. Maintain Gold, Silver, or Bronze status, and you’ll earn a higher rate for every mile you drive.
