Paper Towns Vintage is a female owned and operated company living the dream in ATL. We adore our hometown and recognize that the amount of creativity exploding across the city, from street art to cuisine, further inspires us to design the best of the best. We are so honored to be involved in the resurgence of locally crafted goods in such an amazing place. Angela Rogers started Paper Towns Vintage in 2012 after being inspired by the love that people give to the places close to their hearts. Since founding the company, she and her team of some of the brightest young women in the industry have continued to create one of the most unique and progressive accessory lines on the market. Each piece is handmade in our studio, which illustrates our belief in the beau-ty of the individual. These subtle differences define us and we like to reflect that in our jewelry.

our ProductSAll of our ephemera is individually collected from vin-tage sources ranging from the 1700s to the 1950s. Every design is covered with hand selected domed glass to create a focal point on the piece. Our jewelry is formulated from zinc alloy therefore it is lead and nickel free. All pendants include a free chain.

General Information

How To Order To order wholesale or for information about who represents our line in your area please call our office at 470.225.6621 or email info@papertownsvintage.com. Minimums

Opening order $150 Reorder $100 • Stock products may be ordered in quantities of 1 piece

minimums. • Custom designs must be ordered in an initial quantity of

12 pieces, and then may be ordered in 1 piece minimums. Jewelry Care • Keep product away from any sources of moisture. • Take your Paper Towns Vintage piece off when you

swim, shower, or exercise.

Terms & Conditions

Payment • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,

Net 30 OAC. • No COD orders. • Orders will be processed once payment information is

received. No orders will be processed without a credit card or credit references upon order submission.

• Orders are charged then shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

• Past due balances will be assessed 1.5% finance charge per month, or the highest allowed by law.

• Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.

• Accounts over 60 days will be sent to collection. • Prices subject to change without notice. Cancellations • Since our product is crafted to order, stock cancellations

must be made in writing within 24 hours of order placement.

• No cancellations of custom items after proof approval. Returns and Exchanges • All returns must be authorized by Paper Towns Vintage. • All claims regarding incorrect or damaged products must

be made in writing and including photographic documentation to Paper Towns Vintage within 7 days of receipt of products. o All stock returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15%

restocking fee and return freight charges. o Custom items will not be refunded, returned, or

exchanged once proof approval is given. • Damaged or defective products can be returned for

either a full refund or replacement. Whether to refund or replace the unit will be at the full discretion of Paper Towns Vintage. Items must be in their original retail packaging.

• If any of our care instructions (see: General Information) are ignored, we will not accept returns or exchanges for broken products.

Shipping • FOB: Atlanta, GA. • All orders shipped UPS, FedEx, or best way unless

otherwise specified by customer. • Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks after receipt of order for

stock items. • Free shipping incentives apply only to customers located

within the contiguous U.S. All orders shipped outside of this area will be billed at cost.

• Orders with display subject to surcharge above our normal/published shipping rates.

• Any special offers regarding shipping fees will not be honored should customer cancel products bringing the total under what is required for shipping incentive.

• Once an order is processed for payment, it will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Branding • All products are to be sold as received. Removing our

branding and/or marketing our product and any of its components as your own creation is strictly prohibited.

• Paper Towns Vintage reserves the right to pursue legal action regarding intellectual property infringement.

Special Offers • Cancellation of any items can disqualify purchase from any

special offers that may have applied to the original order. • Special offers cannot be retroactively applied, ie once

order has shipped special offers no longer apply. Custom Requests • All custom orders are viewed as requests. We cannot

guarantee the completion of every custom order due to the historical nature of our product.

• Custom item minimum is 12 pieces per design. Design can apply to the product, map, or orientation.

• Custom requests may only include one location or dictionary word.

• Non-refundable $50 Design Deposit is required for custom products before the customer receives proofs. Net 30 clients are subject to a $50 Set Up Fee.

• If custom proofs are not approved after three contact attempts, custom products are subject to cancellation. The customer will stil l be responsible for the non-refundable $50 Design Deposit .

• Paper Towns Vintage will proceed with any stock portion of the order even if custom products are cancelled.

• Sales of custom pieces are final upon proof approval.

Wholesale Vendors • We do not offer wholesale pricing to clients who simply

have a Tax ID Number— you must sell our products in your store to receive wholesale discount pricing.

• Paper Towns Vintage reserves the right to decline wholesale vendor requests when deemed appropriate.
