Papirfly is a simple, yet clever, web-technology that enable us to manage and communicate our employer brand around the world. 

We purchased two Papirfly modules (Print and Digital Asset Manager) that will help to eliminate inefficiencies, bring control in-house, guarantee quality and ensure brand consistency reducing costs and production time when creating marketing materials.

Process

1. Forward flyer, poster, brochure, etc. or needed change to Terry Hicks (hicks.ta) & Tammy Deaton (deaton.tl)

2. Please include any specific image or logos you plan to use – The

items need to be in the following formats/size: Image - high resolution – minimum of 300 dpi Logos – When submitting brand logos to be added to the library,

please be aware we need the ‘original authoring file’ or .ai file. This can usually be obtained through the design contact

3. Tammy/Terry will work with TMP for creative design. Once approved, will be sent to Papirfly for programming.

Approximate Timing: 6 to 8 Weeks
