Quickly create a new Contact record for an un-associated email address
To improve productivity, when entering an email address not associated with a Contact, it will display with a green “plus” icon, selecting this icon allows users to quickly add basic information to save the email address to a Contact Record.
An Add Contact window will open which allows users to quickly enter basic information for the new Contact. Upon selecting Save a new contact record will be created.
Green “+” icon appears automatically if the email address does not exist within the users contact records.

Search
Update to “Auto-Count”
As an improvement to system performance, the Search Auto-Count feature will not begin to process counts until criteria has been entered to the Search or Quick Search fields. Formerly, auto-count would display the full count of all listings even without any criteria. Now Add criteria will display until a value is entered into a field.
Users can still display a count of all listings by selecting the Count button.
Ability to run a report to find Geocoded properties based on any quality level
The current Missing Geocode Search has been enhanced to provide more detailed information about the quality of the mapping of a listing and its geocode. The label for the search has been renamed to Geocode Quality Search from the Listings menu.
Selecting the option will launch the current search criteria form which will have a new criteria field called Geocode Quality.
Geocode Criteria Based on responses from Bing™ or manual adjustments from the agent, records will be assigned the following data quality scores. For example, if the agent manually moved the pin or edited the Longitude and Latitude settings for a record, it will be assigned a 1.00. It is assumed that the agent is placing the pin on the parcel or rooftop. The remaining scores are based on the quality response from Bing™.

Users will now be able to select 6 levels of geocode quality as shown in the list.

The new Geocode Quality search criteria field is not included in the standard property searches, however, the field can be added to any Spreadsheet View or Detail Report for viewing purposes.

The number of times a listing is selected as a Favorite or Possible listing in Client Connect and/or the number of times the listing has been added to a Listing Cart.

Interface Updates
ML Messages: Full Display
Formerly when users logged into the system, the messages were presented in a grid format. Important messages from the Association (ML Messages) will now display the full message in the detailed view one at a time. Users can only Mark as Read or Delete messages in the Detail View.
Progress arrows are available which allow for navigating through each ML message.
