Description:

450,000 S.F. new 5 story above ground mixed use building consisting of three buildings separated by breezeways and common areas. The first floor is dedicated to retail shops / restaurants while the second thru fifth floor was designed for 114 privately owned condominiums ranging from 1,000 s.f. to 3,100 s.f.. The project also included a 2 level below grade parking structure with 464 private and public spaces. Building construction consisted of precast concrete planks, brick, precast stone, metal panels and steel accents which include window sunscreens, trellises and canopies. Construction cost: +/- $90,000,000. Project Manager / Project Architect / Construction Administrator / Architectural Team.
