Parking
The area between Hoie Hall and the garage in the church parking lot will be reserved for those making
presentations at the fair. No one without a permit will be allowed to park in this area. People can park in
the other areas of the church parking lot, along James Lane, Main Street, and in the Village parking lot
near the Day Care Center. The shuttle will make a stop at St. Luke’s on its trips between the Village
parking lot and Main Beach during the day of the fair.
Ticket/Bracelet Sales
A booth selling tickets and bracelets will be in front of the church near James Lane. Cash, checks, and
credit cards are accepted.
Ticket -- $1 each or 6 tickets for $5. One ticket is good for a ride, game, or popcorn and drink.
Three tickets are required for a face painter, a balloon twister, or the glitter tattoo artist.
Bracelet -- $25 for one/$40 for two/$60 for three/$80 for four. A bracelet provides unlimited access to
rides, games, face painter, balloon twister, glitter tattoo artist, and popcorn with drink.
No ticket or bracelet is needed for any of the live entertainment events taking place either under the Big
Tent or in Noah’s Ark. However, some events are limited to the first 24 kids who show up.

Learn about electricity and magnetism with the help of a device that produces “lightning bolts.”
Keith’s Circus Arts 12:00 – 12:30 (all ages)
Learn the skills of concentration and timing needed to perform circus acts such as plate spinning
and juggling.
Making Gold (Mad Science) 12:30 – 1:00 (max: 24 kids K-8)
Turn a nickel into a “gold” coin that you can take home or put in the bank.
Dikki the Magician 1:00 – 1:30 (all ages) The Dikki Ellis show is back this year better than ever with his wild energy and wacky routines,
and, of course, things only comic performers do.
Fantastic Fliers (Mad Science) 1:30 - 2:00 (max: 24 kids K-8) 3... 2... 1 blast off! Lead the countdown, press the firing button, and launch a rocket that soars
over 300 feet in the air! Then do it again!
Fire and Ice (Mad Science) 2:00 – 3:00 (all ages)
Help Mad Science create monster movie fog, bubbly potions, and a screaming screwdriver.
The Art Nanny 3:00 – 3:45 (max: 24 kids K-8) Create your own original, framed work-of-art. You can be a skilled artist or a 20-month-old who
scribbles. The outcome will always be a recognizable, identifiable themed artwork!

Noah’s Ark
Compassion for Wildlife (Dell Cullum) 10:30 – 11:00 (max: 24 kids K-8)
Learn about some of our local wildlife, including the grey squirrel, opossum, and screech owl.
Hear how these animals are important to our environment and learn ways to live in harmony with them.
South Fork Natural History Museum 11:15 – 11:45 (max: 24 kids K-8)
Meet some of our local wildlife such as the box turtle, snapping turtle, corn snake, tiger
salamander and gray tree frog. Learn what they need to do to find food and how they avoid being eaten.
Long Island National Wildlife Refuge 12:00 – 12:30 (max: 24 kids K-8) Find out about the efforts of the Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge to protect and manage the
fragile animal habitats and the wildlife near our coastal waters.
Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center 12:45 – 1:15 (max: 24 kids K-8)
Spend time with a great-horned owl, an Eastern screech owl, a red-tailed hawk, and a peregrine
falcon as you learn about Eastern Long Island's ONLY wildlife hospital.
Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation 1:30 – 2:00 (max: 24 kids K-8)
This foundation is the only rehabilitation facility for seals and sea turtles in NY State. Learn how
the foundation rescues and rehabilitates these animals so that they can return to their natural habitats.
Long Island Aquarium 3:00 – 3:30 (max: 24 kids K-8)
The animals living along our shores come in many different colors and shapes. Learn about the
coastal environments surrounding Long Island and how animals have adapted to these specific habitats.
Additional Attractions

Either a bracelet or three tickets are required for a face painter, balloon twister, or the glitter tattoo artist.
Innovator’s Camp (iCamp) 10:30 – 4:00
Kids will have the opportunity to interact with robots, try out virtual reality goggles, and check
out a 3-D printer as they learn about a camp focused on the tools that they will need to become life-long
learners, problem solvers, and innovators.
East End Classic Boat Society 10:30 – 4:00 See the boat built by the society that was won in last year’s raffle. You may be the winner of the
boat they ate building this year!
Potter–Tekulsky Band 11:30 –12:30 and 1:00 – 2:00 Listen to country-western music as you enjoy your food under the tent near Hoie Hall. Available
for purchase (cash only) are hamburgers, hot dogs, clams, fish and chicken tacos, and cold beverages.
John’s Ice Cream Truck and Stevenson’s Toys will be at the fair throughout the day near the inflatable
rides.
The Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) van with dogs and cats for adoption will be parked near the inflatable
rides. Even if you don’t plan on adopting a pet, stop by to learn more about their work.

Castle Bounce/Baseball and Basketball Games Please note that a ticket or bracelet is required for the rides and games.
Kids should come prepared to get wet if they plan to use the water slide.
Silent Auction/Raffles/Baked Goods/Hamptons Housewares/Vintage Clothing
The opportunity to purchase silent auction items at a buy-it-now price will be available shortly before
Memorial Day weekend. Log on to St. Luke’s web site (http://stlukeseasthampton.org) if you wish to see
the items up for auction and have the opportunity to bid on them.
Those wishing to bid at the fair must first get a number at the silent auction booth. Each item at the silent
auction booth will have a bid sheet that will require the bidder’s number and bid amount.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Two adult volunteers for a 90-minute shift are needed to supervise each of the following.
Two teenaged volunteers for a 90-minute shift are needed to supervise each of the following.
Volunteers will work 90-minute shifts: 10:00-11:30; 11:30-1:00; 1:00-2:30; 2:30-4:00.
Volunteers can sign up for more than one shift and for different rides, games, or the popcorn machine. To
volunteer, contact Linda Melville at [email protected]. Please provide Linda with your name,
email address, shift(s) you will cover, and event(s) you will supervise. No volunteers are needed for the
live entertainment events where tickets and bracelets are not required for admission. However, some
events are limited to the first 24 kids who show up.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsorships will help cover the operating costs of the fair including advertising expenses; the rental of
tents, canopies, tables, linens, chairs, and stages for the performers; the food court; and the delivery, set-
up and break-down of all the equipment that will be used for the fair.
