Provides services to FIFA for ticketing, accommodation, and event IT (“IT Solution”)

Term of agreement with FIFA encompasses 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups™ & all other FIFA Events

MATCH Ticketing 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Objectives

Operate the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Ticketing Centre•
Deliver a turn-key solution comprising all ticketing-related services
•
Provide an efficient and service-oriented ticket sales organisation•
Establish an equitable ticket sales process in terms of allocation / distribution
•
Ensure the highest attendance possible at the FIFA World Cup™ matches

There are two types of ticket products available for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™:
•
Individual Match Tickets are tickets for a specific match
•
TST Series are ticket strips to follow the national team of the customer’s choice. Depending on which TST Series is applied for, the TST Series may include between 3 and 7 matches (TST-
3, TST-4, TST-5, TST-6 and TST-7)

The demand for smaller vehicles is currently being reviewed and it is estimated that the required numbers in the Gauteng area will be lower than the anticipated:

After various Stadium visits the latest Stadium maps are being analyzed in order to make sure MATCH’s parking space requirements are being met
Domestic Air Programme – Scheduled (Golden Triangle Routes)

MATCH is contracting approximately 100,000 sectors, equivalent to 50,000 return air seats spread between SAA and BA Comair
•
Up to10 flights on each route, in each direction per match on the “Golden Triangle”
(JNB/CPT/DUR) -
with night flying included for return sectors
•
Seats will be sold in minimum blocks of 20 and with specific Terms and Conditions
•
Fleet of 20+ potential wet lease aircraft already identified, LOI and contractual agreements to follow for operations to airports outside of the “Golden Triangle”
routes

following re-assessment of wet lease operation costs, negotiations ongoing with Air Mauritius to reshape and reformulate the programme using scheduled flying

Introduction
FIFA has appointed MATCH Event Services Pty ("MATCH") to manage the 2010 FIFA World Cup™
Tour Operator Programme on its behalf.
What is the 2010 FIFA World CupTM Tour Operator Programme (the “TOP”)?
•
The programme by which a global network of qualified and experienced travel companies selected by FIFA will be set up
•
Selected Tour Operators will have the exclusive right to sell Authorised Tour Operator Packages
•
Selected Tour Operators will provide accommodation, transportation, tourism and other related travel services in the form of travel packages of their own creation sold under their own terms of business
•
Packages will be combined with Tickets that are provided by FIFA exclusively to selected Tour Operators and sold by them on behalf of FIFA

More than 400,000 international visitors are expected to visit South Africa during the tournament
•
South Africa is a long-haul destination for every non-South African country in the world and load factors on flights to South Africa are already high

At previous FIFA World Cups™
there was an abundance of accommodation inventory and a broad range of public transportation options available between and within the host cities.
•
In South Africa, a comparable level of accommodation and transport options are not available, posing new challenges and opportunities for packaged tours.
•
It was for this reason that MATCH, the company selected by FIFA to provide professional ticketing and accommodation services to FIFA for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™, developed the “MATCH Ville”
concept.
