δ PARSIFAL DELTA
The design and manufacturing of the brand PARSIFAL derive
from the careful analysis of the converting market.
The need to produce packaging, even customised and at a low
cost and for much smaller quantities in regard to today’s produc-
tion standards are the main details outlined by the research.
In order to reach such target, the current way to produce con-
verted materials has undergone a complete change.
Up to the present, complex and expensive systems were used
for the production of sheets, covers, bags and bubble film
and foam coupled envelopes and these systems did further-
more not allow to process all converting products and imposed
very large production quantities that local transforming compa-
nies had trouble placing on the local markets.
The technology PARSIFAL - with its extremely innovative and
relevant applied solutions that remarkably overtake the past 30
years of engineering solutions applied to welding machines
– has made the production process more simple and unified, mak-
ing it possible, through the use of one single machine, to process
materials such as bubble film, foam and coupled also in small
quantities but with a totally innovative hourly production.
Cost reduction, meeting of delivery times and most of all the
capability to produce small customised batches that up to a while
ago were - from a cost point of view - impossible to deliver, can be
obtained through this result.
