Gosford Times 29th November 1917 The death of Private Bert Parsonage is announced in a Sydney paper. He was killed in action in France. Bert was well known here, and was a relative of Mr H Drury, with whom he was staying some time prior to enlisting. He got into khaki at the age of 16 as bugler about two years ago.
